wallpaper... I was just switching on my laptop as normal, and then suddenly I stared at my wallpaper and the words on it struck me: "Not by your strength but by His power!!" and all I could do was a big grin and a "yes!!!"-fist action (if u know what I mean). I had totally forgotten all about it, and I had written it on one of my pictures that served as my wallpaper during one of the times when I felt that I was moving away from God and relying on myself instead of Him. It was meant to be a reminder to myself that I have to yield to Him and He will take care of the rest. Yet as time went by, the words were nothing else but part of the background.. their presence, taken for granted. I guess it was kind of good that I re-remembered their existence, because it reminds me of how mighty our God is! What are you taking for granted today??? |
